We recommend taking the OA Quiz to find out if you are a compulsive eater? We can help people who are suffering from; compulsive eating, anorexia, bulimia, purging, binge eating, and compulsive food behaviors by working the Twelve Steps.

To start, we suggest attending a newcomer meeting to ask questions and get answers. We also encourage you attend at least six different meetings to help decide whether OA is for you or not. We recommend you get a temporary sponsor for help and support while beginning your OA program. When you are ready to begin working the 12 steps program, you may continue with your sponsor or look for a sponsor that has what you want and ask if he/she would be willing to sponsor you.

This is not a “diet” club. No dues or fees are required, we ask you to buy literature to help get you started. The only requirement in OA is to be willing to stop eating compulsively.
