Menus were changed by mistake while moving items. Corrected to get things back under Meetings and Newcomers. Under Meetings, menu items “Nearby Meetings” and “Region 4” were removed “Find an OA Meeting” was revised to “Find an OA Meeting Worldwide”.
If you find other errors on the menu, please notify admin@j7f.c22.myftpupload.com (Jean at 515-710-1023). Please call or text with problems, requests or comments also.
Removed “CII Website Index” under Members. If someone needs help with our website they are probably not going to go to the menu under members. Please tell them to contact Jean at 515-710-1023

Moved Audio Visual menu item under the About OA main menu item so the main menu is one line. Revised the format for the Tuesday meeting event format beginning July 18. Moved readings including the leader script and the Zoom information closer to the top of the page for easier access

Running a little late and wanting to use the link on our web to get into your meeting? You might want to use the meeting calendar (Welcome Page => Meetings => Local Meeting Calendar => your meeting) as opposed to scrolling down on the main page to “Meetings,” because meetings listed there disappear as soon as the meeting starts. Unfortunately, that is a function of the software that we cannot change. (If you do scroll down to meetings & your meeting has disappeared, you can also click “View all Meetings” at the bottom of the list, and this will take you to the calendar.)

Under the MEMBERS tab on the main menu you can now find:
Leader Scripts (Including business meeting scripts) are also now located under the MEMBERS tab in addition to being under their individual meetings. (If your meeting would like to have a script published, please send it to admin@CII.oaregion4.org.)

Many items in the “slider” (News bulletin that slides across the top of the website) can be clicked on for more information, flyers, etc.
If your meeting would like a brief overview of the new website, or a chance to ask questions about it, please let the webmeister know! This could happen during, before or after a meeting. All are also welcome to send me an email with any questions/concerns.
